He Zhou Hua Er

Euphemism is beautiful, with dozens of basic modes and melodies and many variations. There are fast and slow tunes in the form. Slow tune is mostly 4/4 or 6/8 beats, which is loud and takes a long time to sing. The first song is interspersed with more sentences, and the melody fluctuates greatly. The rising tone is mostly four degrees, and the high-pitched area is mostly falsetto. Fast tuning is mostly 2/4 or 3/8 beats, which is relatively compact and short. Hezhou flowers are mostly five-tone fine-tuning, which has its own system in literature. Generally, each word consists of four sentences, the first two sentences are often used to compare interest, and the last two sentences are related. The number of words is even and odd, which is not as regular as ordinary folk songs, so it is more free and carefree. But the Hui people in Guyuan often sing mountain flowers.

Shanhuaer

Melody does not fluctuate greatly, and more pentatonic and angular sounds are used, less interline sentences are used, and more sliding sounds are used at the end of paragraphs or sentences. In literature, it has some characteristics of Hezhou Huaer, and there are also some variants, sometimes using Xintianyou or ordinary folk songs. Singing forms include self-singing and question and answer, which have no order in the repertoire and belong to lyric short songs. Huaer music is sonorous, long and hearty, with distinctive national style and local characteristics. There are not only colorful musical images, but also rich literary contents. Reflect life, love, current affairs, labor, etc. Use the artistic technique of Bi Xing Fu to improvise. Although most of the content of Flower is related to love, it deeply reflects all aspects of social life while praising pure love and accusing feudal ethics and social ugliness of causing life and death suffering to lovers. Its language is simple, vivid and beautiful, and it has high literary appreciation and research value. In 1980s, the singing form of Hua 'er has developed into Hua 'er musical.
