Meaningful experiences are the ones that take you out of your comfort zone, build new career skills, and become composite. Some people work for ten years and remain mediocre; that's just a meaningless repetition, not an accumulation of experience. We need to utilize the principle of deliberate practice to get out of our comfort zone, turn our experiences into sustainable ones, and morph from workplace hacks to experts.
Lasting relationships are the most effective and durable kind of workplace fuel, consisting of a professional ecosystem of your boss, clients, business partners, a panel of experts, your kind.
