In 1988, Feng Jing-san started to collect Chinese ancient coins, and in 1993, he participated in the launch of "China's collection of food stamps", and was the first to write an article advocating the collection of "financial cards". Feng Jing-san began to learn ballroom dancing in 1991 in a residential community park, and at the same time began to put forward the idea and concept of creating a "series of modern ballroom dancing in China".
After 18 years of self-study, research and creative practice, Feng Jing-san has participated in the creation of "Nanjing Small Pull Dance", "Oriental Ruyi Dance", "Dayu Step Dance" and other Chinese modern ballroom dance styles. Nanjing Xiao La Dance" is the first modern ballroom dance with Chinese copyright, "People's Daily" has introduced "Nanjing Xiao La Dance" to the world in a special article, and the World DanceSport Association IDSA has included "Nanjing Xiao La Dance" in the official program of the DanceSport Competition. In the history of China's dance culture development, it is also the first time to create China's "National Dance" proposal with "Nanjing Xiaola Dance" as the candidate dance type.
Feng Jing San, in the practice of creating Chinese modern ballroom dance, theories and practices, and gradually created the "Chinese popular dance culture theory system". This is the first dance culture theory system in the world, which systematically elaborates the "historical definition of dance", "the general principle of dance art creation", "dance art creation with mechanics", "dance art creation with the flow of ideas" and so on the basic science theory of dance art, and these theoretical achievements of dance basic science have filled a number of blanks in the history of the development of human dance culture, and enhanced China's dance culture theory. These theoretical achievements in basic dance science have filled many gaps in the history of the development of human dance culture, and have raised the theory of Chinese dance culture to a leading level in the world.
In 1994, Feng obtained the qualification of provincial ballroom dance teacher and judge in Jiangsu Province. In 2006, he became a member of Jiangsu Dancers Association. In 2008, he obtained the qualification of National A Grade Teacher and First Grade Judge of Ballroom Dance. In 2008, he was elected as a standing member of the World DanceSport Association IDSA (China) Headquarters and served as an international judge.
Feng Jing San also owns the copyright of six books on Chinese dance culture, including "Nanjing Xiao La Dance" and "Introduction to Modern Chinese Ballroom Dance".
