How do you adjust your mind when your life is a mess?

Not everyone is born knowing how to live their lives, and not everyone is in control of their routines. A person sometimes lives a very regular life, and other times life gets messed up because of something or a change of heart. When life becomes a mess, the first thing that happens is that one will definitely live without a routine and one may become overwhelmed and not know what to do or how to get in shape. I have had success in adjusting my state of mind before, and now I will use my own experience to show you how to adjust your state of mind when your life is a mess.

It was a story about me and my ex-girlfriend. My girlfriend and I fell in love in high school. We had agreed to go to the same university, but the reality separated us, I was in Hefei and she was in Zhenjiang. The first semester of freshman year when we are still very good to maintain the relationship of long-distance relationship, but to the next semester slowly contact less, and one day she told me she wants to break up with me. I asked why and she said she found a better boy there and she wanted to leave me.

I was silent, hung up the phone, the heart do not know how much pain, feel the world is against me. So I started a decadent life after that, going to class on any day I wanted, playing games on any day I wanted, and living in a routine that seemed to have nothing to do with me, even sleeping during the day sometimes. In short, my life became a mess, and I became as if I thought it was no big deal for me to die. I've been living with this mentality all day long, and my roommates can't stand it anymore. One of my roommates told me to try traveling when my life is getting out of hand, and I'd be able to see the light in my heart.

I decided to travel alone. That semester May Day holiday, I set the travel location in Hangzhou, I was alone in Hangzhou for three days, visited the West Lake, Leifeng Pagoda and other places, feel the scenery there, I think see the scenery can really ease a little bit at that time the bad state of mind, and sometimes give me a little bit of enlightenment, for example, I'm alone in the West Lake in the heart of the West Lake when I think life is not just like the scenery, you do not go every day to modify the clean up which someone will appreciate it. I will appreciate it. Traveling can be said to have brought me new life inspiration, but also changed the status quo of life is a mess.
