Kiss That Petal (その花びらにくちづけを), also known as Flower Kiss, Flower Kiss on Top and, is a series of eighteen banned, homoerotic visual novel game series, as well as light novels and radio dramas of the same name, produced and released by the homoerotic game club Fuguraya (河豚屋, Fuguraya).
Seventeen game titles have been released as of March 2014 (one of which is difficult to define whether it belongs to the same series), with the third title, The Lovers' Bind, adapted in August 2010 as an anime. The games are set in St. Mikaeru Girls' Academy (聖ミカエル女子学園, or Mika Girls' School for short), and feature the love stories of several pairs of girls who study there. The plots are all yuri style and show a high degree of adultism. Each installment has a single storyline with options.
The first one: Hana Kiss on Top
Originally titled 'その花びらにくちづけを'' (その花びらにくちづけを), it was released on October 11th, 2006
Storyline:
Shichumi Oda, in her excitement of gaining admission into the St. Michael's Girls' School, as she had hoped to do, accidentally scratches her dress on the school grounds. At that moment, Yuna Matsubara, who appeared like the Virgin Mary, helped her. Two months later, Nanami, who has a great desire for Yuna, joins the "Environment Preparation Committee", which functions as the student council, in order to follow her. After the first meeting of the members, Nanami discovered Yuna's secret when she left late by chance.
The second series, My Prince Sama (我的王子大人)
Originally titled "その花びらにくちづけを わたしの王子さま" (その花びらにくちづけを わたしの王子さま), the series was released on June 8, 2007.
Storyline:
Kita Shima Kaede dislikes being noticed. So she wears a normal hairstyle and always reads a book on the side, intending to avoid people's attention. But she has been elected class president every year since she was a little girl, and is surrounded by her classmates and things big and small. On a day that still agonized her, she happened to hear that a new student who was a model had been transferred from the lower class. But when she came back from the library, who knew that the freshman would pounce on the overwhelmed Kaede very intimately as soon as she saw her.
The third work:The Lovers' Bond
Originally titled 'その花びらにくちづけを あなたと恋人つなぎ'' it was released on August 30th, 2007.
Storyline:
Kawamura Reio is a spoiled, stubborn transfer student who never wants to make any friends, and is thus isolated. Sawaguchi, the "class coordinator", decides to look for opportunities to get Reio to mingle with her classmates. However, Reio is not so cooperative and avoids Asagi. Out of interest, Asagi keeps teasing Reio with her stalker style. Then, Reio couldn't hold herself back any longer: "I like you!" With that, she confesses to Asagi. At this point, Asagi also had to face her own feelings.
The fourth work: Precious Photo
Originally titled "その花びらにくちづけを 爱しさのフォトグラフ", the book was released on June 6, 2008.
This sequel to the second installment continues the story of the Kitashima sisters.
Storyline:
Fontaine and Sara have unknowingly become the recognized couple of the school, with Fontaine inadvertently gaining considerable popularity among the students. And Sara's modeling career is also underway, as she continues to become more popular, the shoots are getting more intense and hectic, to the point where they have to keep the two apart for a while. But Kaede is so fond of Sara that she can't help but feel that she's becoming more and more reluctant to leave her.
The fifth work:Like Your Happiness
Originally titled 'その花びらにくちづけを あなたを好きな幸せ'' it was released on July 25th, 2008.
This installment picks up where the third installment left off.
Storyline:
Reio Kawamura's math grades unfortunately hang in the red. Her lover, Sawaguchi Mai, takes on the responsibility of tutoring her in math, and in order to encourage her, the two of them agree that "Mai will give Reio a little reward if she passes the test. Reio then overachieves and exceeds the class average. So it was a sweet date. But soon after, their relationship is in crisis due to an incident. ......
The sixth work: Murmuring Lips
Originally titled "その花びらにくちづけを唇とキスで呟いて" (その花びらにくちづけを 唇とキスで呟いて) was released on December 25th, 2008, with the title of "The Lips and the Keith".
This is a sequel to the first one.
Storyline:
New student Nanami and school idol Yuna have always been intimate lovers in private, but still keep their relationship a secret from the outside world. Faced with the fierce pursuit of her sister-sama by unsuspecting girls, Nanami still feels a little jealous. "I must become a girl worthy of my sister-sama!" Seventh work:Sweet Acacia Melting Kiss
Originally titled 'その花びらにくちづけを あまくてほしくてとろけるちゅう'' it was released on December 11th, 2009.
The stage changed from the first six protagonists of Mika Girls' School, which belongs to the Higher Department (high school), to the Elementary Department (elementary school). In the game version, only the school year is explicitly mentioned, but the term "elementary school" is not directly touched upon.
Storyline:
Takako Mochizoe returns to her alma mater as a junior high school teacher, and meets Rukina Houraizumi, a mysterious transfer student. Rukina kisses Takako in front of the public and declares that "the teacher is mine"... Although she is confused by the difference in status and age, as well as by her longing for Rukina, Takako decides to choose Rukina.
Eighth: Angel's Flower Hickey
Originally titled "その花びらにくちづけを 天使の花びら染め" (その花びらにくちづけを 天使の花びら染め), it was released on February 12, 2010.
Storyline:
Shizuku is a popular student in her class, but one day a new student (common Eris) is transferred to her class. Shizuku is initially unimpressed, but then something happens that makes her start to think about her feelings...
The ninth work: Petal!
Originally titled "Hanahiraっ! , released on September 24th, 2010.
This is an all-ages game, unlike previous ones. For the first time in the series, there are four major new characters (Yoshiori and Tenjin as a pair, and Makoto and Haru as a pair). Although the characters appear to be young in speech and behavior, the school uniforms and setting are the same as in the eighth game (the old school building is set for seniors). Up until the setting***The mini-radio drama はなひらにめっ! depicts the girls looking back on their advancement to the higher division, thus making it absolutely certain that they are all high school juniors and not elementary school students.
Storyline

It is the first commercialized entry in the Hana Kiss series. The game's text content has been expanded a lot compared to the previous series,*** featuring one main line (protagonist Miyuki & Risa's line) and five spinoffs.
Storyline:
St. Mika's Girls' Academy, the class president of the 1st year snow group, Azumi Liza, had another verbal altercation today with Ayase Miyuki, a problematic student in her class. Risa, who is serious and strong, and Miyuki, who is indifferent to the world, are not compatible with each other, and they often get into fights that get out of hand. It is the sequel to the first commercialized entry in the Hana Kiss series. The game's plot is a single line, but the text volume is considerably larger than before.

This game is set in a new stage, Mikaiare Nursing School, which is different from the previous games. It tells the story of a brand new nursing school. The official website logo その花びらにくちづけをthe font color has been changed from the classic pink to blue and white. The original artwork is by Takanobu Aida, and is the first work to not use a regular artist, ぺこ. In addition, the script is written by Madoka Madoka, who wrote the famous yuri game "White Sex Relationship Syndrome", which is also a major selling point of this work.
Plot Summary:
