How to make Jian 'ou sweet and sour pork ribs?

Exercise 1:

1. First marinate the washed ribs with soy sauce, sweet potato powder, cooking wine, pepper and salt 15 minutes.

2. Use soy sauce, aged vinegar, sugar, starch, water and salt to make sweet and sour juice for later use. Add 60% oil to the pot and fry the marinated ribs for 7 to 10 minutes.

3. Take out the fried ribs and drain the oil for later use. Leave a little oil in the pan, add Jiang Mo and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Pour in the fried ribs and stir fry quickly, and pour in the prepared sweet and sour juice.

5. Stir fry quickly until the sauce wraps the ribs, put chopped green onion in the pot and sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.

Exercise 2:

1. Cut the ribs to the size of the mouth, put them in a pressure cooker, then add the minced onion and ginger, add water until the ingredients are submerged, and then start heating. Boil for about 30 minutes after the pressure cooker is pressed.

2. 180℃ Prepare oil, cut the green pepper in half, oil it, and then drain the oil.

3. Mix all the ingredients of the black vinegar sauce and add them to the pot. Cook over medium heat until it thickens, add 1 drained spareribs, add green peppers and stir fry.

4. Put it into a vessel and add shredded green onion and shredded pepper.
