When it first appeared, it was sung by several people on stilts, accompanied by musical instruments such as the sanxian string, and traveled the streets and neighborhoods. Development to around 1920, there is a simple masquerade and rough division of labor stilt song, most of the performance of the drums in most of the story of the characters in the folklore script, such as "Xiao Guxian", "playing soap", "small playing fish" and so on. "stilt song" to remove the stilt crutch and on the theater stage, it is the evolution of the general folk songs and dances for the official "high stage song" this form of opera landmark events, the formation of opera development of a qualitative leap. As early as in the 15th year of the Republic of China (1926) on the seventh day of the fourth lunar month, by the Linru County, Henan Province (now Ruzhou City) Dazhang village Guan Yunlong led by the theater society "with the music society" (by stilt song "playmates" (amateur nature of the actors) Zhu Wanming, Ma Qingbo, Chen Shuqi, Li Fusheng, Zheng Jun, etc.) a line of *** 16 people went to Dengfeng County, Henan Province, Yingyang Township, three Liwa Village performance, because it rained, many days can not be on stilts performance, Li Zubai Liwa Village (Baozheng, coaxed the theater) proposed that they must remove the stilts to stand on the platform to sing the song. By watching the performance of the farmers will be transported Zhuang stilts oxcart built into a high platform, and remove the stilts abductors climbed to the stage to sing, sang "Xu Scholar sacrifice tower", "Yang Bajie haunted the hotel" plays. This makes the stilt song on the stage song. Two months later, the thirteenth day of the sixth month of the lunar calendar, Liwa Village, this day of the year for the Longwang Temple singing temple theater, in front of the temple gate base a 0.5 meters high a small platform, above the shed, behind the hanging of a large piece of red cloth, to do the bottom of the screen (called the shade of the hall cloth), which is like a stage, by the Yichuan of the Geng Gengchen, Kong Haidong, Liu Jinshui, Guo Taichao dengfeng of the Wang Tianshui, Fan随林, Li Ohtah and other twenty people sang the quzao opera on stage, imitating the local Yue tune and Gao tune (the local Yue tune and Gao tune), the local Yue tune and Gao tune, the local Yue tune and Gao tune, the local Yue tune and Gao tune. The local Yuezhong and Gaozhong (Henan Opera) were added with small brass instruments. They sang "Ding Lang recognizes his father", "Tian He Ji", "Liu Quan enters a melon", "Wu Song kills his sister-in-law", and "Shu Guan Hui". "The Bookstore Meeting" and so on. The new way of performing received surprisingly good results. From then on, the table tune on the stage tune, called Henan tune, and later named Henan opera.
Henan Qu Opera was officially born in Liwa Village. After the temple play, the news spread far and wide, to invite them to sing for the toast constantly, they recruited famous performers from all over the world and the village actors out of the show, and wrote on the red cloth "Wake up the people troupes" four big words. This is the earliest opera troupe in China, and also the first opera troupe in China. In 1927, the troupe began to perform abroad to earn a living. The troupe soon spread to nearby counties and villages, and there were many singing organizations. This form of performing on stage without stilts became more common in the late 1920s. Zhu Wanming was also affected, and in 1928, after watching the performance of civilized opera (popular drama) in Luoyang, they were quite inspired and had a change of mindset, so they went to the city with their "playmates" and performed "Quitting Big Tobacco" in a kangyuan (the original site of the "Victory Stage") in the old set of Luoyang. From the 1930s, the stage operas gradually learned the performance formula from the brother operas, and the accompanying instruments of the operas gradually increased, and gradually developed into a sound "cultural and military field", thus forming a complete local opera and developing in the direction of formalization. The development of Qu Opera was in the direction of formalization. Qu Opera absorbed the percussion of Yueju, Yu Opera, Beijing Opera, etc., and enriched the orchestral music according to the needs of singing accompaniment. The repertoire was also gradually shifted from family life drama to historical drama, from small and medium-sized drama to big drama, and all the trades were gradually perfected. However, in the early 30s, the general opera troupe still stayed in the amateur nature: busy farming, leisure from the arts, a troupe of only ten or so people. When they performed, they didn't talk about the price of theater, but only asked for food. If you receive gifts of money and goods, the whole class will be distributed equally. At that time, in Runan, Zhoukou, Xinyang, Nanyang and other places, have appeared GaoTai class. 1930 around, the more well-known GaoTai opera troupe society there are four: First, ZhuWanMing as the head of the class society, to the Luoyang area as the center of its activities; Second, to LiuLe as the head of the troupe, often in the MengJin, XinAn area; Third, by HuDing, LiuBaoCai led by the troupe, often in the LuoHei, YeXian area; Fourth, by QinZhongXu, LiYongZhi led by the troupe, often in the LuoHei, YeXian area; Fourth, by QinZhongXu, LiYongZhi led by the troupe. The troupe led by Qin Zhongxu and Li Yongzhi was often active in the area of Dengfeng and Yanshi. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the development of opera was rapid, spreading throughout the main counties and cities of the province, until Linquan in Anhui Province, where there were traces of Henan's "Quzi Opera" performances. Semi-professional troupes began to appear in Zhoukou, Huaiyang, Jieshou, etc., with famous actors such as Yang Defu (stage name of Yangbai), Li Jinbo, Chen Wanshun, Chen Yupei (the earliest actress of Qu Opera), etc. In 1939, Li Jinbo performed Gao Ping Guan with the dramatist Jiao Juyin in the Cultural Village of Anhui Province; in 1940, most of Henan Province was occupied by the Japanese invasion forces, and many opera artists were forced to go into exile to Nanyang and other places to form professional groups, thus taking Nanyang as the center of their performances, and some of the groups also went to the northern part of Hubei Province, the southern part of Shaanxi Province, and the eastern part of Sichuan Province to perform, and some of them went into exile along the Longhai Railway to the southern part of Sichuan Province. Along the Longhai Railway, some artists were exiled to Baoji, Tianshui, Lanzhou, etc. Among them, Zhao Zi'an and Ma Deshan were the most famous ones for their creation of Mirage rather than Quzi Society. In 1943, Li Jinbo and Zhang Fenglu formed the Quzi Opera Classes to resist the construction of the opera house. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, in 1946, the Nationalist government of Henan Province, under the pretext that the opera was "indecent" and "obscene", ordered the banning of its performances, which forced many artists to go to Shanxi, Shaanxi, Hubei, Sichuan and other places to sing for a living. Li Jinbo, a famous artist, defied the violence and organized Ren Junjie, Bai Yongling, Chang Wencheng, etc., under the name of "Alarm Bell Drama Society - Nanping Tune", and performed in Kaifeng Xinlin Cinema in November of that year, for about two months, which was well received and supported by the audience. Under the pressure of public opinion, the Kuomintang rulers did nothing about it. In order to celebrate the survival of the opera, the "Alarm Theater Society - Nanping Tune" was renamed "New Life Opera Society", and invited the Luoyang Opera Class, mainly composed of Lan Zhigu and Liu Sanitation, to participate in the performances. 1947, when the New Life Opera Society performed in Zhengzhou, the Kuomintang government took the name of "New Life" as the name of the society. The word "newborn" is suspected of ****production party propaganda, the theater was ordered by the authorities to disband. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Qu Opera was restored and developed, Henan Qu Opera was not only prevalent in most areas of the province, but also in Gansu, Shaanxi, Hebei, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hubei, etc. Professional troupes were also established. In 1956, in view of Zhu Wanming's contribution to the formation of Henan Qu Opera at the first Henan Opera Observation and Review Conference, he was given an honorary award, and Linru County was also known as the birthplace of Henan Qu Opera. Linru County was also known as the birthplace of Henan opera. By 1983, there were thirty-three professional troupes in the whole province of Henan, in addition to which professional Henan opera troupes were established in Hubei, Yunnan, Shanxi, Hebei and other provinces. Among these troupes, the more famous actors included Guo Lixian, Zhang Xiaofeng, Xing Jin'e, Xie Fangxin, Huo Zhenhai, Guo Fen'e, Tian Qinze, Zhou Yuzhen and so on. Troupes around the world have also organized and adapted a number of excellent traditional plays, and created and performed a number of modern plays, which have led to continuous innovation in the performing arts, stage art, music and singing.
