What is "infinity" in the Book of Changes?

Infinity: ① Endless, endless. "Zhuangzi Xiaoyao Tour": "I am surprised that his words are like Jiangren." Xunzi's accomplishment: "Will it be endless, one by one ~ ~ What else?" Its broken bones and tendons can't match for life. "(2) the category of ancient philosophy. Give all things noumenon. Because it is tasteless, odorless, silent, colorless, has no beginning, no end and no name, it is called infinity. Chapter 28 of Laozi: "For the world, Changde is special and belongs to ~ ~. "

Infinity is the Tao, which is more primitive and ultimate than Tai Chi. Infinity was originally the ultimate concept that Laozi used to refer to. This is the first time that the concept of infinity has appeared. Although you know white, you are content with darkness, and you can be a model for the world. Can be a model of the world, eternal virtue remains unchanged, and sex belongs to infinity. So the original meaning of infinity is Tao, and Tao is endless. In this sense, people in later generations used the concept of infinity, but the emphasis was slightly different on different occasions. Zhuangzi said in "Happy Travel" that "beyond the infinite, there is no infinite." It means that the world is boundless, beyond the infinite, or infinite. Infinity is infinity. Lao Zhangzi, a river official in the Han Dynasty, believes that returning to infinity is a long-term vision. According to the Taoist concept, we can live long and see, so it is consistent to interpret infinity as Tao or long-term vision. Tao is infinite. Before the creation of heaven and earth, it has existed for infinite time and will exist forever. It is also infinite in space, not limited to any specific area. Therefore, it is known as an infinite category. In the perspective of the evolution of the universe, the word "infinity" is often used in contrast to Taiji, which refers to an older and more ultimate stage than the chaos that heaven and earth have not been created, but is directly triggered by heaven and earth. This stage is the Tao. Therefore, infinity is the foundation of Tai Chi. Monks all pursue the unity with Tao, which, in Taoist terms, means the realization of Tao. In the concrete mechanism, it is to return to the ultimate state in the early Yuan Dynasty, which is called returning to infinity.

There is a misunderstanding about the Tai Chi of ibis. Whether the word "Wuji" in the phrase "Wuji and Taiji" in Zhu Lu's book "Illustration of Taiji" is necessary or not is being discriminated. There is no fundamental difference in their substantive thoughts in this debate, so Huang Zongxi concluded: "Zhu Lu's reward is almost endless, which can be said to be endless. But it is only between the meanings of words, and there is no big difference. " Chen Yongji, an expert in the history of Neo-Confucianism, also said: "The debate on Taiji was not invented by thought." However, Lushan mistakenly thought that Zhu advocated that Tai Chi itself had an infinite body. He said: "Tai Chi is a straightforward statement. For example, ginseng later explained that Tai Chi originated from the infinite ear. If you believe this, isn't it another obstacle? It is appropriate to sue Xiangshan. " Obviously, Weishan believes that Zhu advocates "Tai Chi is based on infinity". ?

After determining Ji Shan's view of Zhu, we can clarify the original meaning of the above passage. "Think zhu tai chi, there is no promise, this is not enough to achieve the purpose of the big easy. Lu Zi, on the other hand, thinks that there should never be infinity above Tai Chi. Is it enough to achieve the purpose of connection? "In this passage," infinity "appeared twice, and the context is completely consistent on whether there should be" infinity "above Taiji. In the same context, it does not mean that there is "infinity" or there is no "infinity", so the meanings of the two "infinity" must be different. The "infinity" in Zhu believes that there must be infinity above Tai Chi refers to infinity, that is, Zhu believes that there is infinity above Tai Chi, and Tai Chi is based on it. The word "infinite" in Lu Zi thinks that there should be no infinity above Tai Chi refers to the word "infinite", which means that Lu Zi thinks that there should be no infinity above the word "Tai Chi" in Tai Chi Illustration.

So far, it can be affirmed that Lushan thinks that there should be the word "infinite" above "Taiji", and there is no word problem of "infinite and Taiji" in "Illustration of Taiji". So what does the word "infinite" mean? Understanding it as another entity is naturally opposed by Lushan. What is the description of "Tai Chi", which shows that Tai Chi is invisible? Ji Shan is also opposed to this. He said: "Today, the reason is invisible, so it is called infinity. Nothing but footnotes? " "Nothing is a footnote", whether interpreted as "non-footnote" or "nothing becomes a footnote", all indicate that Ji Shan opposes interpreting "Wuji Taiji" as "intangible reason". Then, only "infinity" can be interpreted as "Tai Chi does not exist". That's what Mount Ji means! Because he said that "the word' Wu' is a real language, not a mysterious language", which means that "Wu" is a real negative word. In the cohesion, it is clearly put forward that it is too easy to exist, while Ji Shan thinks that the infinite Tai Chi is a negation of Tai Chi, so it is called "Confucius' talk of breaking the wasteland after".
