Self-discipline changes life square dance video

This article is the closing operation of the true free training camp.

1. There are two biggest changes in my understanding of self-discipline.

First, self-discipline has been redefined. Self-discipline: it is a kind of self-awareness, respect for reality, responsibility for growth and the ability to turn pain into happiness. Self-discipline is used to solve problems. If there are no problems, there is no need for self-discipline. The value of self-discipline: solve problems and never escape when encountering problems. So, where is self-discipline used? Self-discipline is the first step to solve the problem, and it is used in the key stage of the whole process from problem to growth. We should first call self-discipline, then solve emotions, then solve problems, and call three different abilities in succession. All problems can be solved and become the cornerstone of growth.

Second, the three core elements of self-discipline first: delayed satisfaction; Second: take responsibility; Third, respect the facts. Learn to be self-disciplined when encountering problems. First of all, self-discipline is used to delay the satisfaction of the ego, that is, to delay the mood of the ego; Secondly, I can see the gap between my expectations and reality by respecting facts and facing problems directly, and what emotions I have brought, and use self-discipline to help me avoid being entangled and troubled by emotions; Finally, we should take responsibility. Taking responsibility is the responsibility of our own growth. Responsible for identity, standards and actions. The so-called responsibility is to take these three things together. This is not the responsibility of others, it is your own responsibility, and you are responsible for your personal growth and becoming a better self. Only self-discipline can lead to real freedom. With self-discipline, you can live like a real person.

I used to think that self-discipline is self-control, and I can control myself well to resist temptation. When I feel that I have no self-control, I don't know how to solve the problem. I feel pain, delay and even give up. Now I know that it was my misunderstanding of self-discipline. Self-discipline is not self-control, and pain and procrastination are not due to lack of self-discipline. Pain is caused by problems, and self-discipline is used to solve problems. So when I encounter problems in the future, I will take out a self-discipline form to fill in, and use self-discipline to help me solve problems and achieve personal growth.

First, the training case that benefited the most was the short-term self-discipline promotion table on the second day, which was revised according to the course requirements on the third day. I think the biggest gain is that I have redefined my identity with high standards. My ceiling is higher and my mind is better. This kind of harvest can redefine my future life. Through self-discipline, give yourself a high standard to redefine life.

Second: the case

1. Face the reality: What problems have I encountered? What emotions do I encounter?

Problem: My child is almost 9 months old, and I can't keep up with the growth of my child.

Emotion: anxiety (indicating the need for extra ability)

Expectation: Read parenting books or attend classes in advance to prevent risks.

2. Take responsibility: What is my responsibility and what standards should I meet under this responsibility? What should I do?

Identity: stay-at-home mom

Standard: the standard of the Lunar New Year (I want to know what will happen in the Lunar New Year)

Action: Read a book or take a class to gain knowledge about parenting.

3. Commitment to change: I have seen your change. It doesn't need to be big, but it needs to change all the time. The change is happening bit by bit. Commitment to change. You just need to write down your small changes in the past one or two days.

Committed to change: class is faster than reading. I use the course content published by my mother group to study.

4. take action: you must write clearly what the action is like? (Action = verb+main content+resources)

①? Immediately master the knowledge of "1 children under the age of 0" released by the group.

②? Keep the key knowledge points in your hands and practice.

5. Analysis of results:

①? Collect the details that should be paid attention to in the method of supplementary food overeating.

②? The cultivation of good sleep habits (sleeping in separate beds is the first step to change, starting tonight)

③? Gradually quit night milk (now eat night milk once at night)

④? Understand some manifestations of vitamin D deficiency. (Vitamin D supplementation and outdoor exercise every day)

Third: I didn't attend the self-discipline course. My handling method: I kept procrastinating, and then I was a little anxious emotionally.

Fourth: the story

I am a full-time mother in the process of deliberately training self-discipline to solve problems. The standard I set for myself before is that the ceiling is really too low, too low! I don't know how to deal with problems, such as when the child has a fever, he is very anxious and flustered! The only way I can think of is to see a doctor and ask him for help. After finishing the course, I set myself a new high standard.

Identity: Mom

High standard:

1. Go to bed early and get up early, be healthy and in a good mood, and be in the growth zone-benchmark.

2. You must learn to do it yourself-food, clothing, housing and transportation-to be healthy.

All kinds of situations that will happen to all children should be prevented in advance and preventive measures should be taken. -Risk prevention

4. Stay with your child when he is awake-emotionally.

Action: implement nutrition and health, read more parenting books and listen to parenting classes, but the risk prevention is not enough; In addition, the baby is still nursing, so I must get into the habit of going to bed early and getting up early. My personal example is not enough.

1. In this training, I learned a comprehensive feeling: I gained three principles of true freedom.

The first rule of true freedom: mindfulness, grasping the right at the source.

If the belief is wrong, everything will be wrong. We must have correct beliefs and grasp them from the source. I also adjusted my belief to: problems are the cornerstone and opportunity of growth, and the pit that falls today is the moat of tomorrow. For growth, the problem is the most important, and the problem is the opportunity for growth. It will be painful to encounter problems, and self-discipline will solve this series of problems. So what is the relationship between self-discipline and personal growth? The relationship between self-discipline and personal growth is that self-discipline is the first step to realize personal growth. Self-discipline is used to solve problems. When the problem is solved, the ability is improved and the value is accumulated, the growth will be realized. When we encounter a problem, face it, solve it and do it again until it is solved. Solving problems will inevitably bring about the accumulation and promotion of technology, knowledge, skills, literacy and talents. The improvement of ability brings about the positive accumulation and growth of value.

The second law of true freedom: courage is to move forward with fear.

Respecting the facts and facing the problems directly gave me the courage to move on. Courage is going forward with fear. Facing the problem directly is really painful, which means we declare war on the pain. Humans are afraid of the unknown and move forward with fear. "Fight", we really want to declare war on it and face our bleak life. To face problems, solve problems and grow.

The third rule of true freedom: you only have one life, and you decide your own direction.

There is only one life, and what kind of world you want is up to you. After listening to yongcheng's first movie The Matrix, yongcheng said that by choosing the red pill, you can forget all this and go back to sleep, but by choosing the blue pill, you decide to wake up. My feeling is that listening to the teacher's class seems to wake me up-a person who has been sleeping for a long time. How many times have we lived in internal friction day after day, or in a world doing the same trivial things? How often do we live like real people? What I can do is to make myself sober and self-aware through self-discipline; At the same time, growth can make you become what you really want to be, rather than an unconscious self controlled by matrices and genes.

Summary: Self-discipline, you should live as a real person, not a beach of meat and confused mood. Core point: If you can't solve the problem, you will become a problem. If you can solve the problem, you will grow.

? 2. The biggest gain of three days is:

Day 1: Postpone the sense of satisfaction. Doing an important thing: rearranging the order of pain and happiness.

First of all, refusing to satisfy is delaying individual satisfaction. So where does the ego come from? Ego comes from emotion. There are two emotions, love and fear. Love brings greed, wants more, and fear brings fear. Only by pursuing advantages and avoiding disadvantages and refusing to accept the satisfaction of current interests can individuals gain more growth. What we have to postpone is that the ego's satisfaction of running fast at a certain time or not running at all needs to increase self-awareness. It turns out that separation is not enough. Although there is a choice between stimulus and response, self-awareness is sleeping and still has not been awakened. This is the huge problem caused by lack of self-discipline.

True self-discipline, in order to increase self-awareness except separation, it is very important to be conscious and postpone satisfaction: rearrange the order of pain and happiness. The original order is that the happiness of the ego comes first, and the pain of self-awareness comes last. Delaying satisfaction means putting the pain of the ego first and putting the greater and broader happiness of self-awareness behind, so the first step of self-discipline is to delay satisfaction: rearrange the order of happiness and pain.

The second day: To gain real freedom, we can use self-discipline to delay the ego's emotions, we can see clearly the gap between our expectations and reality by respecting facts and facing problems directly, and what emotions we bring, and we can use self-discipline to help ourselves avoid being trapped and troubled by emotions. Only self-discipline can lead to real freedom.

My understanding of self-discipline to narrow the deviation between reality and expectation is: since reality cannot be changed, because fact is an objective existence independent of human will. Then we can only change our expectations and narrow the deviation. But at the same time, when answering questions, I saw a question and answer from my peers: "Lowering expectations doesn't mean I won't do it, but I can do it slowly and in stages."

Day 3: Grasp the essence of responsibility: identification, standards and actions. Responsible for identity, standards and actions. Responsibility is to set high standards. The so-called responsibility is to take these three things together. This is not the responsibility of others, it is your own responsibility, and you are responsible for your personal growth and becoming a better self. This is also the "responsibility interpretation" of "being responsible for one's own growth" in the definition of initiative. Grasping the essence of responsibility, I think it is really possible to live as a real person, rather than an unconscious self controlled by matrices and genes. Grasp the sense of responsibility, learn to take responsibility, be responsible for personal growth, and become a better self.

Thanks to the team of True Freedom Training Camp for bringing us growth. Special thanks to Mr. Yong Cheng for his selfless dedication. Through self-discipline, I set myself a high standard and redefined my life. This team is full of positive energy. I feel that I have been in a happy club, that is, in a growing area. This feeling is really good. This time, I want to thank my peers for helping me finish the homework in lesson 3. Let's grow together!

Through the real free training camp, let us realize ourselves through self-awareness. What kind of world you want is up to you. What I can do is to make myself sober and self-aware through self-discipline; At the same time, growth can make you become what you really want to be, not the unconscious self controlled by genes.

It is a good thing that the strength of peers continues to be optimized and the threshold of happiness evolution society is higher. As the webmaster said, you can write the five people who spend the most time with you in one month. Who are they? After writing, you can ask whether the comprehensive level of these five people is higher than yours. If people's comprehensive level is lower than yours, then you must be at a standstill. If these levels are higher than yours, you are likely to grow. This is a very effective way to set standards. You can quickly change the people around you because

Through self-discipline, give yourself a high standard to redefine life. The first is to redefine yourself with high standards in terms of responsibility. What we need to do is to redefine our way of life from different identities and different high standards. Methods: Practice by short-term self-discipline promotion table.
