It is recommended to merge the formation of a unified noise management organization, to avoid unclear responsibilities, shifting responsibilities to each other, the problem of low effectiveness.
II. It is recommended that the government formulate independent noise management regulations, and clearly indicate the requirements of restrictions and penalties.
III. It is recommended that indoor activity centers for residents be built in the community, with dance studios and the like.
