Tibetan dance flexion and extension rhythm is as follows:

1, in situ flexion and extension.

Bend your knees to prepare, flex and extend the center of gravity in the whole foot, the heavy beat upward, long stretching and short flexing, continuous, pay attention to always keep the body posture.

2, flat step flexion and extension.

When moving the center of gravity, the ribs on the side of the center of gravity should be slack, forming a sitting slack hip. Pay attention to the stability of the upper body without shaking.

3. Flexion and leaning step.

Emphasize the cooperation between the main leg and the power leg, and when lifting the leg, it should be driven by the knee, with the feeling of lifting a heavy object.

String Flexion and Extension Combination Dynamic Rhythm:

Preparation (8 beats): 1 direction, natural position; from the fifth beat, the hands through the side of the upward arc from the shoulder in front of the fall into a forked hand: the last beat flexion of both knees.

1,-8 Flex in place twice; shift weight to left foot for the last half of the beat.

2, -8 right foot open to the side to a figure-eight position, move the center of gravity in place to flex and extend four times; the last half of the beat the right foot returns to the natural position.
