Gem Goddess Mountain, with an elevation of 3754.7 meters, is the highest peak around Lugu Lake. In Mosuo mythology, this mountain is the embodiment of the goddess Gem. During the festival, Mosuo people go up to the Goddess Mountain to worship the goddess.
