2. The following figure 1 shows the added GIF picture, and then click "Window" in the top toolbar, and you will see a "Workspace" in the drop-down menu.
3. After clicking the workspace, check "Dynamic" in the window on the right, and then all animation frames of GIF pictures will be displayed in the lower left corner of the software.
Generally speaking, each GIF is composed of several animation frames. We can add text to each frame, or we can add text to a frame individually. Let us take the latter as an example. After selecting a frame, click the text tool button on the left side of the software, and then enter the text content you need.
5. After adding, click "File"-"Save as WEB and Device Format" in the upper left corner of the software, and then set the format as "GIF" in the upper right corner of the storage window to see the dynamic effect of the text as shown in Figure 3.
