"Horizontal rotation" is one of the linear rotation techniques in dance technology. On the basis of the "flat circle" rotation, the rotation momentum of the moving line is formed through the alternation of the "rotation centers" of the two feet. The following are the training skills for body dance translation, for your reference:
Action decomposition
Warm-up action: the body faces the "eight o'clock" direction, the right foot moves forward, the hand is a ballet "six-position" hand (in classical dance translation, the hand is generally shoulder-level), the head turns to the "two o'clock" direction, and the eyes are horizontal with the direction of travel.
Decomposition 1: On the basis of preparing for the action, take a small step on the right front foot to the "little eight-character" position, and at the same time, put your feet and toes together, slightly open your toes, spread your hands and put them on your sides in parallel.
Decomposition 2: Take your right foot as the central axis, turn your body half a turn to the right, take small steps with your left foot in the direction of travel, look straight at the direction of travel, and make a "head up" action with your head.
Decomposition 3: With the left foot as the central axis, the body also turns right for half a turn, and the right foot takes small steps in the direction of travel at the same time. The head quickly passes the action of "shaking its head" and the eyes look straight at the direction of travel.
Key points of translation:
1, keep your head down and stare at a point;
2. Keep the upper body upright and the waist under control;
3. Raise your hands horizontally, keep them on a plane and turn them far enough;
4, standing across, not loose, legs need to stand upright;
5. Keep your body upright and your feet in front of you when you turn around.
