The park fully combines the principles of ecology, art and human nature with the politics, economy, culture of Dexing City and the environment of the park, and tries to create a memorial theme park with the characteristics of Dexing City.
Rao Shoukun Park is planned for two main tour lines, six functional blocks.

6, Red Prospect Garden
Located in the northeast corner of the park in the open area, including the Red Scarf Century Garden, the park's secondary entrance.
