Sometimes some medication can be given. Appropriate medication: facial flushing, personality changes, impatience, pain, osteoporosis with estrogen is often effective. For example, 0.5~5 hoq of estrogen powder per day, or 20~30 micrograms of fast estradiol per day. The specific use of the above two drugs: available 20 days to stop 10 days, or use 3 days to stop 4 days; or use 6 days to stop 1 day. Diseases susceptible to menopause 1. Temporary joint stiffness and soreness. This is due to vasodilatation caused by joint pain, treatment with estrogen, the effect is very good. 2. Lower back pain, sciatica or neck and back pain. It is caused by osteoporosis or muscle relaxation and obesity after menopause, and sometimes flat feet, knee valgus, varicose veins and so on. 3. Osteoporosis. Usually occurs within 10 years after menopause, mainly characterized by back pain, spinal wedge-shaped change, causing hunchback, shortening, and easy to fracture. 4. Menopausal hypertension, a manifestation of vegetative nerve disorders, often benign, systolic blood pressure increases, the heart, the fundus has no obvious changes. The blood pressure is unstable and is effectively treated with sedatives and hormones. Blood pressure can be normalized at the end of menopause. 5. Atherosclerosis. The incidence of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease increases in postmenopausal women and women who have had both ovaries removed, but it is not certain whether estrogen can be used to prevent atherosclerosis. 6. Hyperthyroidism. 7. Abdominal and proximal limb obesity, hirsutism, voice and personality changes. 8. Postmenopausal obesity in women may be caused by two reasons: increased diet; decreased metabolism. Diet control has a better effect.
