The basic steps of potshuang dance

Basic steps of Potter's Dance include jumping step, one-hand push, two-hand push, stepping step and rotating step.

1, jumping step:

Consists of a small jump and a big jump. First, keep your feet together and lower your hands naturally; then, perform a small jump while raising your hands forward; finally, perform a big jump with your hands open to the sides.

2. One-Handed Push:

With your hands hanging down naturally, push your right hand forward while taking a step to the left; finally, push your left hand forward as well while taking a step to the right.

3, both hands push:

Feet together, hands down naturally; then, step forward, at the same time, both hands will be pushed forward; finally, another step forward, both hands continue to push forward.

4. Stepping:

Feet together, hands hanging down naturally; then, step forward with the right foot, while pushing the left hand forward; finally, step forward with the left foot, while pushing the right hand forward.

5. Rotary Step:

Feet together, hands hanging down naturally; then, step out to the left side, and open your hands to the left side; finally, step out to the left side with the right foot, and at the same time open your hands to the right side, and then turn your body to the right side.
