Implementation of the "Xinping 'Hanasai Dai' culture" tourism brand strategy is the main idea: to realize the "trinity", cultivate "two brands ", that is, the formation of ethnic culture, primitive forests, ecological agriculture, the trinity of tourism economy, the introduction of "Xinping 'Huaywa Dai' culture" and "Mourning primitive forests " two brands. The main content of the construction is to build ethnic culture ecological village. Based on the big betel nut garden near Gasha Town, the big bathing village close to Mo Sha Town, and the Zhao Midi village in Waist Street Town, it maintains the original natural ecological environment and the production and living customs of the villagers, and plans to build the traveler's road and sanitary facilities which are integrated with the nature and increase the artificial plant communities to improve the quality of the environment and to maintain the ethnocultural charm. Focusing on enhancing the service functions of distribution of agricultural products, tourist accommodation and shopping, the towns of Gasha and Mousha have been built into civilized and hygienic ethnic culture and tourism towns, and have become the venues for the traditional Flower Street Festival and the "Tourist Flower Street Festival" and the distribution centers for tourists. Along the tourist transportation line, implement the ecological agriculture construction and "Hua Wa Dai" cultural corridor construction, strengthen the development of horticultural products such as flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc., continue to create bamboo, walnut ecological and economic forests, and protect the natural shrub forests and broad-leaved forests as well as second-growth pine forests, so that Xinping will always enjoy the reputation of "emerald in the mountains of Mourning", and realize the "Tourist Flower Street Festival". "reputation, realize into the Xinping all the way into the scene, scene connected, different views of the protection and construction goals. In the county, we will build the Palace of Ethnic Culture and Art, systematically introduce and display the Xinping ethnic culture represented by "Hua Wa Dai", and build a street of food and shopping with ethnic characteristics. The development of biological products industry, agricultural products transportation and marketing industry, tourism as the leading service industry, constituting the industrial pillar of the town economy, to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas, culture, ecology, economic unity, and promote each other.

(3) Policy orientation and measures. Seriously implement the Party's ethnic and religious policies, and strive to improve the political and economic status of ethnic minorities. Strictly implement the tourism development plan, ensure the unity of planning, and strengthen the binding force of planning. Establish management norms for the tourism industry, ensure the quality of tourism services, and improve product competitiveness. Establish tourist complaint centers to safeguard the rights and interests of travelers. Encourage social investment to participate in the construction of tourism facilities, mobilize and organize the Dai people to participate in the development of tourism, and form the commercialization of Dai folk culture performances, ethnic diets and ethnic ornaments. Strengthen the construction of tour guide teams, pay attention to the development of private tour guide organizations of the "Hua Wa Dai" ethnic group, and improve the cultural level and foreign language ability of tour guides.
