Firefly Volunteer Service Center was established in 2005, is a civil public welfare organization aimed at improving rural education and promoting community development in the southwest Tibetan area, and has won the China Volunteer Service Project Award issued by the Central Committee of the **** Youth League and other awards. At present, it mainly carries out one-on-one financial aid for poor students, "Happy Reading House" love library, cheer love playground, college student volunteers vacation teaching, small school infrastructure construction and maintenance, college student public welfare association capacity building platform, emergency rescue operations and other projects, more than 800 poor students have been helped through the firefly schooling.
The Tibetan Opera Society has a long history with the Firefly Volunteer Service Center. Authoritative department statistics, the average ratings of 35 cities in the country for five days reached 0.575%, creating a new high for Sichuan TV variety shows, and Sichuan local ratings ranked first for five consecutive days.
