The Golden Twin Towers, once known as the "Big Gold Teeth", are located in Hubei province next to the Dongmen business district. Founded in 1993, it was started by New Century Construction and Development (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and 1994 was renamed as New Century Plaza. The main building was not capped until 1998, and it became an unfinished building in June 2000 due to the inability of the new century company to continue investing.
