(Scottish Folk Song)
The Scottish Gaelic: Auld Lang Syne, a very famous poem, directly translated as "long gone days", was recorded by the 18th-century Scottish poet Robert Burns according to the oral tradition of the local fathers and mothers. The poem was later set to music, and in addition to the original Gaelic version, the song has also been set to local languages in many countries, and is widely known by women and children, making it a popular world classic. It is widely known throughout China as Friendship Forever and Ever.
