Haotian Park, Haotian Carbon Neutral Park

HaoTian Park is located near DongGuan Village, No. 73 DongGuan Street, FangShan District, and Haotian Carbon Neutral Park is located on the southwest side of the intersection of LiangXiang East Road and ZhaXiu Street North Street, FangShan District. These two very "official" address from the Gaode map.

Haotian Park is next to the village where I live, and Haotian Carbon Neutral Park is on my way from the village to the subway station. I belong to the category of people who are still close to nature, and I usually enjoy visiting the park. At present, Haotian Park is closed to the public, and Haotian Carbon Neutral Park is always accessible, with very few people in the park during the day, and very many people in the evening.

When I first came to live in Fangshan District, Haotian Park was still accessible. The park is slightly desolate, weeds everywhere, raising animals planting vegetables. The small temple is dedicated to the Bodhisattva, outside the temple is a tall Haotian Tower. Haotian Pagoda has a long history, Baidu encyclopedia says the pagoda was built in the Liao Dynasty Xianyong four years (1068), sitting in the north and facing the south, the tower for the plane octagonal, about 36 meters high, five levels of hollow pavilion type. The south and east, north and west of each floor of the pavilion are open with an arched coupon doorway, the other four sides are carved with the Liao Dynasty style of the straight edge of the false window. There is a brick staircase inside the pagoda body, which can be circled up to the top of the pagoda. Pagoda brake below a layer of Sumeru seat, Sumeru seat on the eight brick large lotus petals, lotus petals in the middle of the two layers of round stacked body, on the precious pearl. When I saw this tower, I only felt that the tower was high, old and broken, and I didn't look closely at the style or style. Hao Tian Pagoda's location is very high, I can see him in Hao Tian carbon and the park, and in the evening to shoot the evening sun, the Hao Tian Pagoda also into the picture is also very beautiful.

Haotian Carbon Neutral Park is a new park. When I came to Beijing at the end of February, the park was still under construction, with a large area of land covered by a net, and I didn't know what kind of building it was at the time. I didn't know what kind of building it was at the time, but when I passed by one time, I found that the netting had been removed, and the words "Haotian Carbon Neutral Park" were written on a big stone on the side of the road, which made me realize that a new park had been built here.

The park is on the side of the road that leads to the subway entrance, and before that it was probably just a field, but then steps and paths were built, street lights and garbage cans were installed, a small plaza was constructed, grass and trees were planted, a flower garden was built, and there was a sign at the entrance describing the park. It was unlike any park I remembered, the park didn't have a proper gate, it was accessible at all times. There were no vintage buildings built inside, but there were lots of wildflowers planted, and the trees were all newly planted, thin ones supporting four wooden sticks to set them in place.

Because of the epidemic, the entire Fangshan District in May, the entire district home office, bus and subway are stopped. Mr. Xie and colleagues in order not to affect the work, with a few changes of clothes outside the hotel. The two of us opened a period of life in the same city of long-distance relationship. I stayed home alone and did nucleic acid once a day. The supermarket in the village was always open, supplying fresh vegetables and eggs and milk. Apart from not being able to leave the village, my life was not affected much.

After staying at home for a while, I realized that my health was getting worse: I always had insomnia at night, and the next day when I woke up it was already nine or ten o'clock in the morning. There was little exercise every day, so I didn't feel hungry. Once I feel hungry, when I get out of bed, I feel light and powerless. It's not the head that's light, it's the head that's light, the breathing is not smooth, and stretching the body will feel panicky.

This way, the person will be ruined.

I decided to change my lifestyle, starting with exercise.

I know that my body can't handle the high volume of activity. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do that, but I'm going to be able to do it, and I'm going to be able to do it. I chose a way of activity that suits me best: walking.

In the beginning, I walked around the village in the morning, from six to seven for about an hour. On the first day, I think I walked more than 4,000 steps, and then I gradually got up earlier, gradually increased the number of steps, and occasionally walked at night, so I could basically ensure that I walked 7,000 or 8,000 steps a day before I was unblocked.

In early June, Fangshan District announced that it would unseal the area, and on that day I got up at 4:30am and left the village after a little bit of cleaning up. The plan at the time was to go to Hao Tian Park to shoot the sunrise and post it to my friends, and I had the copy all figured out: the first sunrise after the unsealing. In order to catch up with the sunrise time, the night before I specifically searched the Internet for the sunrise time. The sunrise time on that day seemed to be around 4:40 am. But I didn't realize that Hao Tian Park was not open.

So I went on to HaoTian Carbon Neutral Park, which is a little farther away from my home. The carbon neutral park is an open park and can be accessed at any time. I went into the park and found the highest spot and waited for the sun to come out. But I made another mistake: I couldn't see the sunrise at all in this park. There are neighborhoods on all sides, and the buildings cover the rising sun, so by the time I could see the sun, it was long past sunrise.

Living in the city, watching the sunrise and sunset is a real luxury. As far as I can remember, I haven't been able to see a real sunrise since I started living in high school. I miss those three years in junior high school, when I rode my bike to the county school every day, and turned my head to see the sunrise and sunset, which was once a common sight, but now I can't see it by any means. The sunrise is no longer the sunrise of twenty years ago, and I am no longer the same person I once was.

I got up so early, but I still didn't see the sunrise that I wanted to see, but I found that Carbon Neutral Park is really great for exercise. Fangshan District was unsealed at the beginning of June, and with the subway and buses, it was reasonable to go to work. However, the company I work for changed to a new office address, and the new office area is still under renovation. The company's administration in the WeChat group sent a notice, June 16 work, that is, I still have nearly half a month to deal with their own.

Now, I became a regular visitor to Hao Tian carbon neutralization park. I go to the park at least once a day, and occasionally twice. There is a fitness trail in Haotian Carbon Neutral Park, and I like to walk along it. I have counted, and it is about a thousand steps to walk around.

In the wee hours of the morning, there are not many people working out in the park. Some people run, some people play ball, some people walk their dogs, some people play Tai Chi, and some people like me just simply walk on the road. It's not uncommon to come across staff cleaning up trash from the paths or watering the trees and grass.

At night, Haotian Carbon Neutralization Park is a bit more lively. Above the main entrance is the park's largest square dance team, with 40 to 50 people dancing to the music every night. Then go inside, is the dance ribbon team, the team is characterized by the dance of the people less but onlookers look at the people especially, I summarized, jumping square dance do not need to buy tools, follow the lead dance can be jumped, while the ribbon dance this side of the need for individuals to buy ribbons, and it is also a little bit of technology in the inside of the dance, so the participation of fewer people. On the right side, there is another group in a small square that sings every night with the stereo on, and this small square is on the side of the walking path, so you can hear the singing from afar. At the far end of the park is a flower garden, and I've never been there at night.

If by the time I get to work on the 16th, my weight will be down a little bit and my waist will be a little bit thinner, then I should be most grateful to HaoTian Carbon Neutral Park.
