Do people still show outdoor movies?
Of course there are still open-air movies, but they're not as popular as they used to be.Until July, I lived in South Lake Court , which was a particularly lively neighborhood that brought together chaperones from all over the city. Every weekend, people would come over to show movies on the grounds next to the community service station. I heard that this is the city's arrangement, in order to enrich people's lives. The number of people who come over to watch the movie is small, often no more than fifty. With the large population of the neighborhood, this number seemed a bit dismal. I went to a few movies and found that there were a lot of anti-Japanese themes. I stopped going to see them because of the bug bites at night. When I was a kid, my dad used to carry me to the movies in a village miles away. The scene could really be described as crowded. Dad held me up high so I could see, after all, there were just too many people in front of me. Nowadays, there are no more open-air movies in my hometown, and people are used to playing mahjong and square dancing after dinner. Nowadays, the projectionists have changed their profession and become matchmakers. Often everywhere eating and drinking, introduced a charge of tens of dollars or more.
