Two weeks of internship process, in the teachers careful and thoughtful arrangements, students to a number of engineering sites for the understanding of internship, and get a lot of excellent engineers to communicate with and directly face the modern engineering site opportunities, after two weeks of selfless teachers and students serious efforts to learn, students have gained a great harvest, and for this we rejoice and encouragement.

I. Purpose of the internship
Practice is the second classroom of university life, the source of knowledge is always new and development, is the litmus test of the truth, is also an effective way for college students to exercise growth. A person's knowledge and ability can only play a role in practice, in order to get rich, perfect and development. College students to grow, we must be diligent in practice, the theoretical knowledge learned and practice together, in practice, continue to learn, constantly summarize, gradually improve and innovate, and in practice to improve their own knowledge, ability, wisdom and other factors into a comprehensive quality and ability to lay a good foundation for the success of their careers, in such practical conditions, it is very necessary for us to go to the field internships once!

II. Internship location

These several engineering sites are now Harbin construction in the very good several projects, of which the Champagne Bridge belongs to the municipal engineering facilities, is a road and bridge projects in the city; Jinding Culture Square 3 # building is a large public **** building; Heilongjiang University staff district is a multi-storey residential community; Harbin Institute of Technology Young Teachers' Apartments is a high-rise residential plus underground floors. A high-rise residential plus basement, we mainly visit the basement; England House is still in the foundation construction, we were going to visit the building's infrastructure, the results for some reason for can be, some regret.
Three. Internship process
The internship is divided into two parts, the first part is to understand the theoretical knowledge of the internship lectures, the second part is to visit the site of the project to learn.
Theoretical knowledge of the lecture **** carried out two and a half times. The first one is the lecture on supervision knowledge and project quality control brought to us by Mr. Lv, who retired and came back to play an active role, the second one is the summary lecture brought to us by Mr. Xu on the future development of engineering management majors and the end of the internship, and the half time is the mobilization meeting for the internship before the internship formally started.
There were five study tours to the engineering site, namely, Champagne Bridge, Jinding Culture Square 3# building, Heilongjiang University staff community, Harbin Institute of Technology Young Teachers' Apartment and Yinglun Famous Residence, which are all high-quality projects under construction in Harbin, and the opportunity to visit such engineering sites is very rare, and the students also cherish these opportunities. The excellent engineers at the site carefully explained to us the characteristics and construction methods of each project and various technical details, and answered all kinds of questions for the students, which can be said to be unreservedly transferring the knowledge to us. Through several on-site observation and practice, the students' understanding of the theoretical knowledge of the textbook has been improved, and combined with the actual gained a new harvest.
Four. Internship content
(A) Architectural knowledge
Through visiting single buildings and building groups, visiting characteristic buildings, to understand the following:
1. According to the knowledge learned, analyze the reasonableness or unreasonableness of the general layout of the building groups visited;
2. Visit the appearance of the building and the interior, to understand the plan layout of each floor and room Visit the exterior and interior of the building, understand the layout of the floors and rooms, and observe the characteristics of the building's exterior. Apply the knowledge gained to analyze the plan layout, space modeling and fa?ade treatment of the building;
3. Analyze whether the fire prevention and safety evacuation design of the building meets the requirements.
(2) House construction
Through visiting the site of the project under construction, to understand the following:
1. To understand the structural form of the building, structural characteristics, building practices, load-bearing methods, construction methods, and seismic rating;
2. To understand the type of foundations and foundations of the building, the structural form, and the construction methods;
3. To understand the wall of the building, and to analyze whether it meets the requirements for fire protection and safety evacuation. 3. To understand the type of wall, structural arrangement, detail construction and construction characteristics of the building;

(3) Building Construction
Through visiting the construction site, they are required to understand the following:
1. Understand the process of each type of construction work, production characteristics, and the cooperation and interspersed work between each type of construction work;
2. Brick-concrete structural construction process, cast-in-place components construction process;
3. Construction work with the installation work and work process requirements. Construction coordination and process requirements.
V. Internship experience
1 experience of the engineering management profession and the development of the profession
Study of engineering management has been more than a year, the professional knowledge of the profession can not be said to say that I have learned a lot, but at least, I've been roughly understand the relevant knowledge of the profession. With the continuous heating of urban construction, the employment situation of the engineering management profession has continued to rise in recent years. Find a job, for us is by no means difficult, however, the employment prospects of the construction industry and the national policy and economic development direction is closely related to the industry income level in recent years is the tendency of management over technology.
Just as we see around us skyscrapers are constantly rising, a wide, flat avenue in all directions, the construction industry, the demand for engineering and technical personnel is also growing. With the economic development and road network reconstruction, urban infrastructure construction work continues to deepen, civil engineering technicians in the current and future period of demand will continue to rise. Coupled with the renewal of road and bridge and urban infrastructure, the development prospects of our engineering management personnel is broad.
In Mr. Xu's lecture, Mr. Xu introduced us to the experiences of several alumni of our department, which are quite legendary, and in our minds, the ten million or even hundred million dollars in three to five years of our forefathers and alumni is no longer a pipe dream.
2 The experience of learning professional theoretical knowledge
In the engineering site, professional knowledge is very important, without professional knowledge, we are nothing, there is no possibility to guide the workers in the construction, we must work hard to learn, learn all the professional courses, such as housing architecture, building materials, mechanics of materials, etc., these are we will actually need to work in the future, and become a qualified engineering and technical personnel.
We must study hard to learn various specialized courses, such as building construction, building materials, mechanics of materials, etc., which are all necessary for us to become a qualified engineer.
Likewise, in the process of engineering, the management level and management ability of engineering management personnel is very important, in addition to the management courses offered in the school need to study carefully, we also need to seize the opportunity to learn management skills at more times, to obtain the ability to effectively manage the future in the project site.
In addition to these, I also realized the importance of execution, in the project site, do not need to play imagination, the sky is the limit for construction, the project site needs to be safe, efficient, quality assurance of construction, under the constraints of these conditions, we must improve the implementation of the power to seriously follow the requirements of the various norms, in the command of the higher leadership of the construction work on the project site. Physically, we are responsible for our own projects.
3 The experience of this understanding of internship practice
This understanding of internship soon passed, but looking back on the whole internship of the dots and dashes, I feel a lot, as the saying goes, practice is the only standard to test the truth, through this understanding of internship practice, I think I learned a lot of practical things from.
After a few days of cognitive internship, I saw a lot and learned a lot, many of which are not in the books, which not only consolidated the knowledge gained, but also learned a lot of new knowledge. Through the understanding of the internship preliminary understanding of the construction process of construction engineering, construction processes, etc., on the basis of previous knowledge, combined with the actual situation on the site, the construction methods, construction management has a certain understanding of the site, which is also for the future further study of professional courses to lay a solid foundation.
