How many steps can you take after wrapping a basketball

After wrapping the basketball, there are the following situations;

1, when in the running process after receiving the ball, not dribbling, you can directly run 2 steps to layup or pass the ball;

2, when standing after receiving the ball, not dribbling, the center foot is can't be moved;

3, when a single foot forward to pick up the ball, then your very first foot is the center foot, the back of that foot can keep up with 1 step

4, when holding the basketball three big steps to the basket, you can 2 steps, the third step should be layup or pass.
