Section 8: finishing movement (8 beats x 8)
Preparatory posture: upright.
The first eight beats: 1-4: the left foot begins to step, both arms swing to the side up (palm outward). 5-8: step, both arms drop to the side down, at the same time, bend the elbow, the forearm outward around the ring to the side of the body, restore into upright.
The second eight beats: 1-2: step forward with the left foot, point the right foot to the ground on the inside of the left foot, and swing the arms to the front (palms down). 3-4: step back with the right foot, point the left foot to the ground on the inside of the right foot, and swing the arms to the side. 5-8: start to step with the right foot, and drop the arms down to the side, returning to the upright position.
Third and fourth eight beats: same as first and second eight beats, but in the opposite direction.
The fifth eight beats: 1-2: raise both arms sideways. 3-4: step the right foot to the side into an open stance (slightly wider than shoulder width), while turning the body 45 degrees to the left, raise both arms in front of you and strike the palms. 5-6: bend the body in front of you, and cross the hands to the front and lower the arms. 7-8: lift the upper body, and raise both arms (hold them together with palms facing up).
Sixth eight beats: 1-4: left arm up (palm back), right arm down through the front, head down, eyes on the right hand. 5-8: left foot retracted, left arm restored to upright through the side at the same time.
Seventh and eighth beats: same as fifth and sixth beats, but in the opposite direction.
