Vomiting after fitness

Causes of vomiting during fitness training. The human body will send more blood to the muscles, and the blood flowing in the stomach will be relatively reduced. If you are still digesting and practicing before meals, nausea and even vomiting will occur with the decrease of blood in your stomach.

Suggestion:

1. Control the amount of exercise, avoid overeating and fasting exercise, and the symptoms can gradually disappear after step-by-step intensive exercise.

2. If the symptoms persist, you should be alert to rare diseases such as ulcer, acute pancreatitis and ischemic colitis.

3. Vomiting caused by strenuous exercise is not a serious disease, and it is easy to recover after a period of nursed back to health and attention. Avoid doing some intensive exercise on an empty stomach in your daily life. If you feel particularly uncomfortable, you should go to the hospital in time.
