Measures for the administration of swimming pools

Legal analysis: There is no swimming pool management regulation in China. At present, a relatively effective document is the Hygienic Standard for Swimming Places, which was formulated by the Ministry of Health and the State Sports General Administration and implemented on June 2, 2007.

Article 2 This Code is applicable to all kinds of swimming places in China, including artificial swimming places, natural swimming places and water recreation facilities.

Article 3 (1) The swimming places mentioned in these Regulations refer to indoor and outdoor water surfaces (areas) and their facilities and equipment that can meet people's swimming, fitness, training, competitions and entertainment activities. (2) The circulating purification water supply system refers to the system that pumps the used swimming pool water from the pool according to the specified flow rate and flow rate, filters and purifies the pool water, disinfects it, and then sends it back to the swimming pool for reuse. (3) Direct-current water supply system refers to a water supply system that continuously sends the water meeting the drinking water quality standard into the swimming pool according to the designed flow rate, and then continuously discharges the used pool water from the swimming pool through the drain outlet according to the corresponding flow rate. (4) Direct-flow purified water supply system refers to the system that the ground or groundwater reaches the swimming pool water quality standard after filtration, purification and disinfection, and then is continuously sent to the swimming pool according to the designed flow rate, and then the used pool water is discharged from the swimming pool according to the corresponding flow rate. (5) Foot-soaking disinfection pool refers to a pool filled with disinfectant set on the passage for forcing swimmers to disinfect their feet before entering the swimming pool. (6) Forced shower refers to the shower device set on the passage, which enables swimmers to carry out compulsory body cleaning before entering the swimming pool.
