Why did you set up a national large-scale public welfare activity by taking snails for a walk?

The large-scale public welfare activity of "Walking with Snails" was initiated by China Disabled Persons' Federation and China Association of Relatives and Friends of People with Mental Retardation. After the launching ceremony, nearly 500 mentally retarded people and their relatives, accompanied by teachers and volunteers to help the disabled, participated in parent-child activities such as mini marathon, tortoise and rabbit race, rope net and so on.
