Do you agree that practicing competitive sports will make people's temper worse?

Does fitness affect people's character? Yes, many people think that people who exercise will become more and more cheerful and sunny. But believe it or not, some people can exercise. The more you practice, the more sensitive you become. The more they practice, the more they get. That's what I am. The more you practice, the more sensitive you become. I used to call me vegetable chicken, but now I will be furious. The more you practice, the more stubborn you become. I once said that my behavior was wrong, and I humbly asked for advice. Now I say that my behavior is wrong, and I scoff.

In fact, not only do I need to reflect, but many fitness players also need to reflect, especially old players with certain fitness experience. I found that many people are in the same situation as me. The more they practice, the more they gain. Why do others get more sun when they exercise, and we practice more melon skin when we exercise? Summed up recently, I found that people who practice melon skin more generally meet the following conditions. Not afraid of offending people. Generally speaking, people who take fitness as their profession are the easiest to practice more and more melon skins. For example, fitness athletes, fitness coaches, and people with short tempers like me are all very grumpy. Other people's fitness is a hobby, while our fitness is a profession, so the focus of life is around fitness. Because life revolves around fitness, we also attach great importance to fitness, so hearing different opinions will challenge our self-esteem.

People who focus on fitness like this pay too much attention to fitness, so there will be situations where others are not allowed to comment or disagree, which actually shows that we are bound by the fitness circle to some extent. Recently, I was moved by what an old fitness athlete said. He said that he squeezed into the fitness circle in the first half of his life and just wanted to jump out in the second half. I think I should also have a jumping mentality and not be bound by fitness. There are two kinds of fitness players, one is Buddhist fitness, the other is utilitarian fitness, and I happen to belong to the latter, so I have made great efforts in fitness and trained hard every day. I'm really not bragging. Therefore, when this kind of effort is suspected by others, it is definitely not a taste in my heart. I work so hard and pay so much every day. As a result, you said my training was rubbish. You not only denied my body, but also questioned my efforts.

In fact, people may just discuss fitness with me and have different views with me. Others are still waiting for my theory to be defended, and I am already full of hostility. Isn't it more rewarding to practice? I must control my sense of competition and not let it turn into hostility, which is where my future personality needs to work hard. Opponents are opponents and enemies are enemies, competing with each other but not attacking each other. This is what I want to change.
