Can exercise really be healthy?

Personal real feelings: exercise is good for health, or "life lies in exercise".

Maybe it varies from person to person. Actually, I have been in poor health. I was thin in junior high school, and sometimes I was bullied. Since the third grade, I have been doing push-ups and playing dumbbells every night for the so-called "work and rest". This habit persisted until I went to college. At that time, I could do more than 1000 push-ups in one breath, and I could do five or six push-ups on the horizontal bar arm without panting. You may think I'm in good health, right? In fact, my constitution is still very poor, I am prone to colds and coughs, and my organ function is not particularly healthy. In short, through my training in recent years (from junior high school to university), I feel much stronger, but my physique has not changed substantially. After work, I began to practice fitness and bodybuilding, and also contacted Sanda, boxing and other sports. I have been insisting. At the same time, because of certain sports injuries, I feel that I need a good method and routine to practice my body. So I gradually began to learn some knowledge related to human body, medicine, sports, health and so on, and often communicated with friends in the gym. In this way, I persisted for 12 years, and now I am 35 years old. Through exercise, I have not only gained a strong body, but also felt gratified that my body has been significantly improved, and I am less prone to colds and coughs, and I can stand up after staying up late. Hehe, maybe this is the advantage!

In short, through my experience, I just want to say one thing, I must persist! ! !
