Baishigou Scenic Area reflects the overall natural features of Tumochuan and its adjacent mountainous areas where Hohhot is located. Located in the middle of Daqing Mountain, the scenic spot is 4 kilometers wide from east to west and 7 kilometers long from north to south. The mountain is steep and has great ornamental value in geological structure. Have the conditions to carry out extreme sports such as mountaineering, rock climbing and gliding.
2. Waterscape tourism resources
There are many ravines in the mountains, and the forks are vertical and horizontal. Many springs form streams and flow into Baishi River all the year round. The total water area in the canyon is 8 square kilometers, accounting for 35% of the total area of the scenic spot, which provides conditions for water activities such as rafting and boating. Wuyi Reservoir, with 750,000 square meters, is open and full of water, which provides unique conditions for boating and fishing.

There are large areas of secondary forests (birch, wild pear, apricot, artificial pine and fruit trees) in the scenic spot. Baishigou is located in the hinterland of Daqing Mountain and southwest of Jingergou. In the afternoon, you should spend time to visit the Loess Pit, Shanyougou and Zhao Gou. Loess cellar is located in the west of villa area, which was the seat of Wusui county during the Anti-Japanese War, and it can be called a red tourist area. To the west of the Loess Pit is the famous Fengshu Bay Scenic Area. In autumn, the whole bay is the color of forest. Shanyougou was a summer resort for early governors. This is also the name of this ditch. Walking into the ditch 15 minutes, you will come to the site of the Yellow River Lama's tomb and the site of Wang Yao Temple, which are rich in holy names. Bricks and tiles can be seen everywhere, and the story of Wang Yao has been circulated among local people to this day. A long time ago, Yao Wang met a young man in Shanyougou, carrying a large bundle of firewood, which made the young man sweat, so the young man sat on the stone platform and rested. After half an hour, the young man's sweat was all dry, giving the impression that the young man was cold. When King Yao saw it, he asked the young man where he lived, whether it was far from here or not, and advised him to go home at once, or he would die halfway. Two years later, Yao Wang saw the young man again in Dabaigou, and he was very surprised. It turns out that the young man didn't die on the road last time. It was when the young man came home sweating with a big bundle of firewood, and he sweated the cold all over. This is the ability of working people to protect themselves.
