Summary of Aerobics Competition in Sports Meeting

Analysis of the current situation:

First, the current situation of competitive aerobics in Shanghai and its position in the country (including the team formation of this sports meeting)

1, current situation of competitive level, number of athletes and age echelon, etc.

It can be said that there is no professional aerobics team in Shanghai, and there are two existing teams in colleges and universities:

First, Caida, that is, the team representing Shanghai in this sports meeting. The current situation of the team of Caida University is as follows: the old players, that is, the contestants in this competition are all ordinary college students (two graduate students and one third-year undergraduate) without any sports background before entering school. The new team members include Bi Wenjing, former world champion of uneven bars, national first-class skill master (male), first-class athlete (female) and three first-class gymnasts (one male and two female). The best results of the old team members are 1998 Nanjing National Aerobics Championship, which won the first prize of the team and the first prize of each individual event (the first two won the first prize). In 2000, the National College Aerobics Championship was the second group, but each individual performance was not ideal, only three or four. However, in the national competition, our performance has been unsatisfactory and belongs to the second class. Three people won the eighth place in the aerobics competition of this sports meeting (in fact, it should be the level of the top six). Due to the limitation of the old players' basic physique, it is difficult for them to have higher development, but the potential of the new players should not be underestimated.

Second, the former Shanghai Railway University is now the Huxi Campus of Tongji University. This time, only one three-person race representing the motorcycle sports association won the second place. Other projects also failed to achieve good results. Their team is like this: three male players (originally gymnastics, acrobatics and track and field athletes), two female players (originally rhythmic gymnastics and gymnastics athletes), and one ordinary college student who will graduate next year. Other players still have two or three years to continue enrolling students. Their level is also second-rate. The players' basic skills are better, but their explosiveness and expressiveness are poor and need to be further improved. Therefore, their athletes need to receive comprehensive training, and their level can still be further improved.

There are some first-class sports institutes in China, including Beijing Sport University, Guangzhou Sport University, Xi Sport University and Wuhan Sport University. The veteran should be from Beijing Sport University. Shanghai Institute of Physical Education was established five years ago, and there is no team at present. In fact, the Institute of Physical Education was only a year or two ago, but they are not as good as the Beijing Institute of Physical Education and the Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education. Especially in terms of artistry, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education is gradually stepping out of its unique status quo. In fact, there are not many high-level athletes in China. At present, few people can go out to participate in world competitions and get the top 15. Only a few athletes have a higher level in China. Maybe every unit has its difficulties, but sports colleges need specialization after all, so athletes and coaches will be more dedicated and easier to carry out than ordinary colleges. However, due to the development of aerobics market and the employment situation of sports students (many graduates of physical education institutes do not engage in sports after graduation), the enrollment of physical education institutes is worse than before, even though students at school rarely work hard. This requires ordinary colleges and universities to carry out these projects. Compared with sports colleges, many people prefer to attend ordinary colleges. This also opens a window for primary and secondary schools to carry out this sport. Only in this way can aerobics continue to develop to a high level.

At present, few primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools in our city can systematically carry out aerobics. There is already a youth aerobics championship in China, and we don't even have a team in Shanghai (Putuo District temporarily organized several events to participate this year, although the results were not good, but it made a good start). Both primary and secondary schools and amateur sports schools need systematic training to reach a certain level. Now some schools, especially those with aerobics teachers, have made some efforts in popularization, but what they teach students is just showing off. Like other sports teams, there are few aerobics teams in primary and secondary schools. In this regard, the relevant departments need to have a statement.

2. Coach's level and mentality

At present, the number of aerobics coaches in Shanghai is increasing gradually, but there are very few competitive aerobics coaches who are familiar with international rules and really lead the team training. The two coaches, Caida and Railway, are the coaches who are most familiar with the rules and understand the current situation. Other coaches are leading some teams, but they have never gone out to participate in national competitions. Because leading the team, especially aerobics, the coach is very hard, and the salary of the coach can't be improved, let alone no one does it. So some schools originally had this program, but now they don't.

A good aerobics instructor should have the following qualities: (including shortcomings)

(1) has considerable training and teaching level, and is familiar with sports training and sports physiology; Know gymnastics, all kinds of dances, music, etc. Our coach in Shanghai is not strong enough in dancing and aerobics.

(2) Have considerable artistic accomplishment, creative movements and complete sets, and need to be inspired and artistic in creation and composition. This is what Shanghai coaches lack most. Therefore, our scores or impressions in artistic creation are always not very good, and the whole set of movements created are not enough, which is the best in the domestic aerobics field for Meng Xianjun, the coach of Beijing University of Physical Education. Followed by his disciple Xu Zhongqiu and Wang Hong of Guangti. There are fewer people with artistic creativity.

(3) Have considerable musical literacy, be able to choose music according to the theme of creation, have the consciousness of making music and handling music, and be able to make music express actions (it is best to have the ability to make music by yourself). At this point, we are poor in recording equipment and conditions. It should be said that there is no problem in the technology of music production, but there is a gap in the cultivation of music.

(4) In addition, it is best to master the design of competition costumes and the processing of computer audio and video. At this point, the main reason is that Shanghai can't find a good manufacturer of competitive aerobics competition clothes, because the quantity is small and the profit is thin, many manufacturers who have the ability to do it are unwilling to take it. What I want to take over are all small workshops, and the processing technology is very poor. This problem does not exist in Beijing or Guangzhou.
