I've been working out for a month. Why haven't I lost weight?

I weighed myself yesterday morning, the same as one month ago. I'm a little disappointed.

Last night, the coach told us that the effects of shaping and fitness can be divided into two types: losing weight and losing body fat (slimming physically).

My friends and I used to vomit: it's been almost a month, and it feels like a long time.

Yes, it's really hard to keep going to the gym every day. If you eat something inappropriate that night, you don't want to go to the gym Gastrointestinal peristalsis can lead to poor absorption, stomachache or stomachache.

Once I tried to exercise that night after eating curry, and my stomach ached badly the next day, so I had to take half a day off and I couldn't attend waist and abdomen classes at night. It was on the third day that I had diarrhea three times before I excreted all the curry in my stomach.

I didn't care much about diet at first, but later I had to sigh that we should pay attention to diet in fitness, and we should not eat too much, too full or on an empty stomach. Leave some space for your stomach, let it work hard or burn fat, keep your body in the best condition and achieve better slimming effect.

Faced with the cruel reality that "I have not become lighter or thinner", I feel very disappointed in myself. Is it because my exercise intensity is not enough?

Barbell coach once said that if you think you can do the last move, you should add weight to yourself. I took four barbell classes, each time using 1.25kg barbell pieces, because I found that even in the first part of the class, I felt very relaxed, but by the end of the class, my arm was exhausted, so I didn't want to increase the weight of the barbell at all. In fact, I felt a little guilty when I saw that everyone around me was using 2.25kg. I comforted myself and said, let's aggravate it next time.

I always used to exercise in the most comfortable state, but I didn't think of strengthening myself, which led to the failure of fitness.

So what I need to do is to get out of my comfort zone and increase the intensity of exercise appropriately, so that there will be qualitative changes. I am happy to look forward to losing weight or slim figure.
