Article 82

(2) Organizing or carrying out entertainment, fitness and other activities in public places, failing to comply with the regulations of managers of public places on activity areas, time periods and volume, failing to take effective measures to cause noise pollution, or using audio equipment in violation of regulations to produce excessive volume;

(3) failing to carry out indoor decoration activities on the completed and delivered buildings within the specified working hours, or failing to take effective measures to cause noise pollution;

(four) other illegal acts caused by noise pollution in social life.
