With the deepening of qigong practice, the degree of quietness gradually presents different levels. Generally speaking, entering silence can go through three steps and reach three levels.

At this time, I put aside my distractions and felt at ease. Self-cultivation is the law, and unintentional practice is humanity.

Practicing silence is a slow and long effort. Often when I think about it, my distractions will come back, but "I'm not afraid to think about it, I'm afraid I'll feel late", and I want to "feel it when I think about it, but feel it when I don't". To achieve spiritual liberation, you must be indifferent to the scenery and things, that is, your heart should not be led by the scenery. Liberation means that you have found eternal life. Therefore, in practice, we should take the attitude of turning a blind eye, listening but not smelling, keeping our eyes open, listening but not smelling, and listening but not smelling. "Jing Ke Jing Ke" says: "I want to be quiet, and my heart is clear." Extinguishing desire is natural and quiet, God condenses gas, is full of gas, and God is conscious and gathers gas, all in silence. Eighteen tricks of meditation (1) Find the spirit first.

The meaning of this sentence is: Qi is born in Yin. Shining on Yin stilts under divine light is easy to induce internal qi. Yinqiao is one of the eight veins. They regard some of the light they see outside their bodies as magical things and are unwilling to give up, instead of looking back at the photos inside with effort. The height of qigong practice is the appearance of Yang God, which is formed by practicing Guang Tai, which was also called "Daotai" by the ancients. It is expressed in the form of Qi Guang Tai. This kind of light is an inner light, an energy. This light must be produced by the intersection of heart and qi. The function of binocular vision is determined by the physiological mechanism of binocular vision in human body. "The machine is in the eye" and "Man and God are born in the eye". In practice, we always look at ourselves with two eyes, whether it is to learn from the scriptures, have sex, cook, take a bath, keep warm, have a baby or be born, because our eyes are intentional and our spirit is intentional.

Everyone's specific situation is different, and the skills they have learned are different, so naturally they will have different feelings. From the navel along a longitudinal region of Ren meridian, Dan can be formed in any part, but the three acupoints of navel, Guanyuan and Youqiao have the strongest sense of qi, and the comprehensive efficacy of navel is the best among these three parts. Wei Chijing did acupuncture practice in "Research on Exploration Practice of Dantian Site". Acupuncture at Shenque (navel) can produce a radial induction path that follows the meridian, supervises Shenque, meridians around Mingmen and inclines to the chest and abdomen, but acupuncture at Qihai, Guanyuan and Yinqiao has no similar effect.
