What information does the company need to introduce when it participates in bidding?

1. Credit and business documents:

(1)▲ Proof of receipt of bid bond (can be submitted separately);

(2)▲ Bid statement (see Chapter 6 for the format);

(3) the identity certificate of the legal representative (see Chapter VI for the format);

(4)▲ Power of Attorney of the legal representative (see Chapter VI for the format);

(5)▲ The social security certificate of the bidder for paying taxes according to law in the latest quarter and the registered employees [copy of tax payment certificate, or tax payment or exemption certificate according to law (copy, original for future reference, valid for one year, with self-made format)];

(6) a copy of the business license;

(7) A copy of the tax registration certificate;

(8) product sales license;

(9) Safety production license or product agent qualification certificate;

(10) Successful performance of similar cases (list of similar projects implemented by the bidder, copy of contract, user acceptance report and user evaluation);

(1 1) Other special qualification certificates (such as localization service ability, etc.). );

Qualifying materials that can be used as bidders' credit scores (optional):

(12) energy conservation and environmental protection qualification certificate;

(13) Reputation and honorary certificate of independent brand bidders;

(14) the bidder's quality management and quality assurance system certificate;

(15) Other materials that the bidder thinks can prove its ability or performance;

(16) Information about the bidder's product production time, upgrade or update elimination plan, spare parts supply, debt disputes, illegal records of units, etc. (see the bidding statement for details);
