Cultural construction of police camp culture

The carrier of police culture, that is, the external manifestation of police culture, combined with the actual traffic management at the grass-roots level, I think we should do the following work well:

Books in small libraries need to be updated regularly to enrich public security literature and books related to laws and regulations, and to encourage police to study in their spare time. At the same time, calligraphy works and aphorisms can be hung in the unified planning area of the office to eliminate the anxiety of the police and create an elegant, passionate and knowledgeable working atmosphere.

(3) Grasp the carrier of public opinion. Journalists or public representatives, including volunteers, can be invited regularly to follow up accident handling or traffic management activities and publicize traffic management from different angles. On the one hand, it can supervise the traffic police work, on the other hand, it can also enhance the understanding and support of traffic management work. At the same time, the brigade can learn from the practice of enterprises, grasp the pacesetter every month, build a model, and launch the business pacesetter in combination with the monthly target assessment, which should not only be displayed within the brigade, but also broadcast on municipal TV stations, Laiwu Iron and Steel TV stations and other media to further expand the radiation of public security culture and create a great momentum for traffic management.

(4) It is to carry out win-win activities between police and enterprises. Police camp culture is an important part of social culture. Although it is relatively independent from other cultures, it cannot be separated from it. Therefore, to develop police camp culture, we should put it under the social and cultural background and make good use of a wide range of social resources to carry out our work.
