Second, a reasonable, healthy and nutritious diet. There are many books about healthy and nutritious diet, so I won't say much. But let me introduce my eating habits first: 1. Try not to eat cold drinks. Because our body temperature is low, don't artificially cool yourself down. 2. Eat more beef, mutton and shrimp. These foods are hot and good for our health. 3. Eat whole grains. My method is to cook eight-treasure porridge and beat rice paste with soymilk machine. 4. It has never been mended, but I started to use Guyuan ointment in April 2008, and I have been eating it for more than half a year, and I feel very good.
Third, life should be regular. When hypothyroidism is severe, I am particularly sleepy and often can't sleep. The children woke up, and they were still confused. Later, after the indicators were normal, sleepiness was not serious. Go to bed early and get up early, don't stay up late at night, and live a regular life.
Fourth, exercise and improve physical fitness. Everyone knows the importance of physical exercise. I think if you have time, you should choose sports or fitness programs that you can accept. During these seven years, because of work, I changed a variety of fitness methods. My earliest way to keep fit was to ride a bike. Because the unit is far from home, it takes about 25 minutes to ride a bike one way, four times a day, which means about 2 hours of exercise. I used to ride an electric car. I first produced an electric car. Later, I found that riding an electric car had no benefits at all, so I switched back to a bicycle. Later, my weight gradually decreased from the original Jin to Jin, which has been maintained until now. Later, I took part in kicking shuttlecock (the kind that several people played together, but I was tired of playing alone), played badminton, and walked briskly (not slowly). I started practicing yoga in September last year. I feel that all parts of my body are slowly stretching and my breathing is gradually flat (sometimes I feel suffocated and breathless).
5. Read some books about meridians. I bought several books, including Huangdi Neijing, Self-healing by Hand, and Self-help without seeking medical help. It helps me to know what my ancestors left behind. There are many methods in it, and you don't need to learn them all. Just choose a method that we can do and is not as complicated as our daily health care. What I often do and can do is to knock on my courage. It has been more than a year since I knocked on my gallbladder every day (occasionally skipping class), and I feel relaxed every time I knock on my leg.
Finally, I wish my friends a happy mood and a happy day! Only in this way can we defeat ourselves!
