After work, how do people around you make money by sideline?

There are two main ways for people around me to make money by sideline after work. One is to do a sideline related to your own work, and the other is to do a sideline related to your own interests.

Let's start with the first one. There are many such people, including myself.

My colleague is an artist. Her off-duty job is to help companies make brochures and help others make Taobao pictures. In short, she can do any sideline related to graphic design. These sideline businesses are generally introduced by others. For example, the company where XXX's relatives are located needs to make a publicity album, which will let XXX recommend whether there are suitable talents, and then recommend my colleagues.

Including myself, my sideline is writing. I am a new media editor, doing interviews, editing and writing, so my sideline is actually an extension of my work ability.

The second category is to do a sideline related to your own interests. For example, the belly dance teacher in our gym works in a state-owned enterprise. Because she has more private time and is interested in belly dancing, she teaches herself. After learning a certain degree, she came out to teach students.

Everyone else is doing financial work, but she is doing a sideline in English training, mainly because she is interested in English and has learned English well, so she has been doing it.
