1. Cut the plastic of the auxiliary power supply on the back of the inverter board, remove the sealant on the back, and measure the output of the auxiliary voltage from 7805 to 30V and 5V. Replace the auxiliary power IC-TNY254PN (changed to TNY255PN) and the optocoupler 8 17, 15V/ 1W voltage regulator. Measure that the auxiliary voltage is 15V when it is powered on, and then slowly drop, exceeding 13o clock, until it arrives. The board is marked with 15V output. I don't-I don't think it's useful to replace parts. Or is there something wrong with other accessories on the board?
The output voltage is still unstable due to the change of more than one accessory after the difficulty.
Check the disconnection of related accessories of 2 15V related circuits, and find that the voltage will be stable after the driver connected to the frequency conversion module STK62 1-0 15B is disconnected. TB bought the module, and after replacement, the auxiliary power supply voltage of 15V became stable and normal. It is impossible to test the machine because it is disassembled for maintenance.
3 Field tester, the fault is still E904, I have seen it. It takes so much time to make an auxiliary power supply. There is no way to take the whole washing machine back to the store for repair.
4. The inspection data E904 shows that the user's voltage S is not 220v10% (198v-242v); The voltage detection circuit on the computer main control board is abnormal. I think the voltage detection circuit is probably the same as that of the induction cooker, except that the voltage of 300V is detected by several resistors with large resistance. Looking at the circuit board again, I found that one of the two resistors (102K/ 1W) changed its value. After replacing the 102K/2W resistor, the debugging E904 disappeared and the whole program was normal.
The reason why the auxiliary power supply melted the sealant was analyzed. It is estimated that the performance of the frequency conversion module is somewhat poor (I estimate that the original module can still be used), which leads to serious overload and fever of the auxiliary power supply. Then, some parts of the auxiliary power supply were disconnected, resulting in an output voltage of 30V.
The resistance of 102K/ 1W is caused by low power, so it is better to change it to 2W.
