What changes will people who exercise regularly have compared with those before exercise?

For me with this experience, the biggest change should be the change of body posture. I used to bend over when I walked, but now I will straighten my back unconsciously wherever I go.

I don't always walk with my head down as before. I am very satisfied with this change. Every time I see the envious eyes of others, I am extremely proud.
