The primary cause of anxiety disorder

Biological factors: the physiological basis of anxiety reaction is the general hyperactivity of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, and there is often excessive release of adrenaline and norepinephrine. The physical changes of Liang patients determine the characteristics of functional balance between sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve.

The second cause of anxiety disorder psychologists have found that anxiety disorder is more likely to occur when there is a stress event.

Researchers of different schools have different views on the causes of anxiety, but these views are not necessarily conflicting, but complementary. There are many reasons for anxiety disorder. The fundamental reason is that there are unpleasant things, and you can't let it go without telling others. Over time, there will be anxiety.

Physical manifestations of anxiety disorder

1. Cardiovascular symptoms

Some patients will feel dizzy, their heart beats faster, their blood pressure will rise, and some patients will have acupuncture-like pain or dull pain in the precordial area. These symptoms may last for several hours, accompanied by local tenderness, and some patients will be flustered and palpitations.

2. Patients with respiratory symptoms subjectively feel inadequate inspiration, chest tightness and poor breathing, and are likely to sigh and even feel suffocated.

3. Muscular motor system symptoms

The most common headache is contraction or squeezing headache, which is caused by muscle tension in the head and neck, face, limbs and other parts, and is more obvious in the front forehead or back pillow. In addition, the neck, shoulders, waist and back feel stiff and painful, and in severe cases, tremors and convulsions will occur.

4. Patients with digestive system symptoms will have symptoms such as dry mouth, tasteless mouth, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal distension, dyspepsia and constipation. At the same time, I will feel uncomfortable in my upper abdomen, but I can't say what it feels like.

5. Urinary system symptoms Some male patients will have frequent urination, urgency, erectile dysfunction and apathy; Female patients will have menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea.

6. Other hands and feet are sweaty, and sweating often occurs in acute attacks.
