How can we keep fit?

Keep running. From April to now, I intend to keep running. It is also the first time that I have a deep understanding of one thing and understand how cool it is to choose to delay enjoyment! ! !

Before running, running is to lose weight.

After running for about three months, running became a pleasure. In order to run for a long time, I force myself to control the amount and time of running. Three times a week, about five kilometers each time, and ten kilometers on weekends.

About this month, I simply increase my running capacity to eight kilometers every time, regardless of whether I have a rest or not. . .

Running all the way down, I really want to give up several times, often because of human inertia. Getting used to this thing, especially good habits, is basically anti-human.

I want to give up several times for the same reason, tired and lazy.

For example, during the competition, I found a running point and started to find the reason. Don't go out after the fight.

It's bad outside. Well, maybe tomorrow.

Watch a little video. I'm a little tired today. Forget it.

. . . . . . .

For all these reasons, laziness is human nature, and self-discipline is essentially against nature. Especially in the period when there is no deep enjoyment, it is really difficult to persist.

Now I don't take running as a burden. Something was delayed today, and you can make up for it consciously the next day. First of all, I insisted on running before. I have used two methods, but in general, they are all aimed at creating short-term incentives.

First, set the destination. My destination is the supermarket downstairs. . . Every time I go down, no matter how I run, the final destination is the supermarket. After running, stick to it and have a bottle of pulse or something (I quit carbonated drinks from exercise). Drinking is not motivation, what motivates you is the goal. A clear goal can give people hope to accomplish and stimulate people's will.

Second, the monthly target. Stick to running every other day, or run 150km every week. As long as you finish one of the two, you can buy yourself a prize on the first day of next month. This award was chosen last month. It's not urgent but something you want. Like shoes or games, headphones or something. Students can consider buying a book. It's not too expensive anyway. At first, they can buy something they have always wanted, but they think it is too expensive and have been hesitant. They are very eager to struggle. My first month prize was a pair of running shoes! ! ! Whether to make the best use of it.

As for being lazy, I finished the first half-horse race in June and I was very happy. At the same time, my body needs to recover. I rested for about five days. Five days later, when I was ready to run again, my mind and body protested to me. My brain said I would play games, but my body said I was tired and didn't want to move. I get dressed and lie in bed, but I have no motivation to go out. At that time, my brain just resisted and looked at the roof in a daze. . . .

My mind is full of ideas and I can't stand up. I don't understand why I ran. I was the closest to giving up at that time. Before running, I want to try running a horse and a half. Now that we have finished running, there is no phased goal and we need to set it again. But in the end, I got up. I just wanted to go out for a walk. Go for a walk even if you don't run.

It was sunny and cool that day. After running for two steps, I found that my body feedback was not bad. Probably because I haven't run for a long time, I am very happy. The more I run, the better I feel. I was very happy for the first time. From that day on, I really realized the deep happiness of running.

That is, from that day on, I don't need to set any goals for myself. Running itself is very happy, which is the kind of happiness that matches the level of playing games.

Now, the problem of persistence is not love, but how to persist in health for a long time. I will continue to explore and make up the answer later ~
