Fitness egg steamer

As a novice who just entered the work, I really don't know the balance between work and life. After half a month's exploration, I gradually found the rhythm that suits me best. Originally, I didn't have any specific ideas in this regard. It was entirely my unconscious adjustment. I talked about this topic at lunch with my colleagues at the same time today, and our conversation gave me some ideas.

The cause of the topic is a screenshot of my circle of friends who ran 3 kilometers the night before. It may be rare for a long-term runner, but it should be a lot for me who actively worked overtime until 8: 30. After all, my body will gradually fall asleep after 9 o'clock, and strenuous exercise is not good for my health, so I ran around my residence, and of course I was sweating after running. After exercise, I usually take a bath and read a book for a while, then turn off the lights and go to bed after eleven o'clock.

According to my colleagues, I do these things after work, which is very healthy, but I lose a lot of fun in life. I asked him what he was going to do at night, and he said, of course, he played games. When I heard that, I was speechless. When did life without playing games become boring? Although I used to play games, after playing a lot of games, I found that the game brought me not only the killing pleasure in the game, but also the mistakes of spraying with my teammates, as well as a win-lose icon at the end of the game. After that, what is left? There's nothing.

I don't deny the significance of the existence of games. My job is related to games, and I also play games to relax on weekends. I just want to talk about my ideal lifestyle, not just going to work or playing games. I want to get more things. I want to sweat on the road and in the gym. I want to see my thin belly and thick arms. I also want to get knowledge from books that I can't get in my daily life. These are all things that games can't give me, but they are what I desperately want.

Not only after work, my whole day's life has basically formed a fixed pattern.

Get up at 7: 30 in the morning, get dressed, wash, put eggs on the egg steamer, pour hot water on oatmeal, and then wash the clothes you changed last night. After washing clothes, put steamed eggs in cold water, put some dried fruits in oatmeal, dry clothes, then enjoy breakfast leisurely and arrive at the company at nine o'clock.

Go to the canteen for lunch at noon 1 1:30, then take a nap at 12:50, 13:00, and eat at 17:30 in the afternoon. After eating, go back to work and study until 20:00, and get ready for work.

After returning in the evening, run or go to the gym to exercise until 2 1:00, then take a shower, drink a glass of milk, read a book until 23:00, and finally go to bed to end the perfect day.

This kind of life may sound boring, even boring, but I am full, perhaps because of my personality, and I have always wanted this regular life. I have read articles about self-discipline before. After reading them, I feel that they are very powerful and envy their lives. But in college, under the leadership of roommates, it is difficult to reach that state. Now it has basically reached the standard of life rules, but there is still a long way to go to reach the self-esteem of Jane's friends in a self-disciplined life.
