How should a novice keep fit without personal training?

For beginners who don't have private lessons, I don't recommend them to use free-weight equipment (that is, dumbbell barbells) as soon as they come up, because free-weight equipment is difficult to learn and the probability of injury is high without guidance, so I suggest beginners start with relatively easy-to-use fixed equipment.

For beginners, the first thing you should do is to enter the strength zone, and find and familiarize yourself with the equipment I introduced to you as soon as possible, because these equipment are the things that can really change you, and also the things that you need to spend time focusing on your study (never run on the treadmill when you first come, and then do aerobics later).

Strength zone: used to place instruments to increase muscle circumference and strength. There are dumbbells, barbells, fixtures, gantry, ropes, etc. Where you enter the gym, there are many muscular men, which is the strength area.

Aerobic area: used to place equipment to increase your aerobic capacity, such as treadmills, elliptical machines, mountain climbing machines and so on. Enter the gym (where there are more girls, basically there is no running in the aerobic area, and occasionally there are muscular men mixed in this area).
