How do novices start fitness?

As a beginner in fitness, I can only give my own opinion.

1 If you want to stay healthy, you must control your diet. Be sure to eat, fry and drink regularly. Try to say goodbye and have a drink. You exercise blindly all day, just as if you didn't exercise.

2 Diet is light, regular and nutritious. For breakfast, eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits and coarse grains (whole wheat bread, oats), it is best to eat chicken breast and beef instead of chicken skin, which is chicken fat. Drink plenty of water, beef, pasta and vegetables for lunch. The ratio of meat to vegetables is 1. Meals, fruits, vegetables, purple potatoes, pasta, don't eat things that Dachuan can't digest.

Exercise must not wait for an hour or two after eating. For beginners, do aerobic exercise for about 20 minutes, just run, then do equipment for 40-80 minutes, breathe anaerobically, and make rules for yourself every day, or keep practicing one of your arm muscles, upper limbs and lower limbs, not too messy, three to four times a week, and strive for the whole body.
