Fitness is useless.

Whether it is useful or not depends on what you think in your heart. I like something because I like it, not because of what others think. Your fitness can make you happy, which is already the meaning of fitness.

In fact, it is not easy for a person to have a hobby. Some people may have been muddled through 20 years, not knowing what they will do in the future, what they like, what they want to do, and what is the meaning.

Take me for example. I'm actually quite confused. I don't know what is meaningful and what will make me happy. I am about to graduate, but I have no idea about my future. I have no idea not only about my life, but also about my hobbies.

I have lived for twenty years, and I don't even know what I like or love. Do you like being lame? Do you like sitting here and playing with your mobile phone? I don't know. In the past twenty years, I didn't know anything meaningful. I don't know what my hobby is. So in fact, I envy those people who have clear goals in life. I admire those who live and do things in a planned way, and I admire those who are self-disciplined Because absolute self-discipline can bring absolute freedom. Their lives are up to them, not their lives.

So I think you have passion, and it's great that you can stick to it. You are also a great person.

What is your motivation for fitness? I think you understood it when you started exercising, otherwise you wouldn't have persisted for more than two months, would you? Life is more than just making money. We should make money and live, but we should also have hobbies, things we love and things we want to stick to.

So I don't think you need to be confused. You said yourself that fitness will change your body. Your persistence is rewarding, and your efforts are rewarding.

That's my answer. I wonder if it will help your problem.
