The consequences of men not exercising.

There are many formulas for measuring the standard weight. The simplest formula for calculating the standard weight is as follows:

Standard weight (male) = height (cm)-105

Standard weight (female) = height (cm)-100

Therefore, the standard weight of 185cm male is 185- 105=80kg. Normal within the standard weight 10%, overweight above the standard weight 10%, obese above the standard weight, thin below the standard weight 10%, and emaciated above the standard weight.

So your height and weight are exactly right, standard weight. Personally, I think men who are too thin are not good-looking. I hope it will be helpful to you and I hope it will be adopted.
