I am a fitness instructor, and I should consider the good benefits brought by exercise. Proper exercise can help people improve their immunity and keep a good mood. But the intensity of pro ~ ~ exercise should not be too great at a time, which will make people very tired. In my experience, I can run for about half an hour three times a week.
